Health Sovereignty | Coping with Grief During Winter

Winter is a time when nature slows down, urging us to turn inward and nurture ourselves.

For those coping with grief, however, it can intensify feelings of loneliness and sadness.

Grief is not linear, and there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to navigating it. By tuning into your own needs—whether that’s seeking comfort in warm, nourishing foods, herbal teas, daily movement, or simply allowing yourself to rest—you take an empowered stance in your healing journey.

Join us in making space for this emotion, while in community.

We'll lean into carving as medicine, utilize traditional medicine and tap into grief support as needed.
